Greetings Peter,

In less than one week after you strongly verbally attacked me on your radio broadcast by stating, and trying to back up your statements with misleading and glaringly flawed comments, that the information that I spoke about on two crucially important matters of concern was not true, I was proven to be 100% accurate about precisely and specifically what I said in that talk/interview by the National Academy of Sciences, commissioned by George W. Bush, and the California Public Utilities Commission, Attorney General Bill Lockyer and the California Electricity Oversight Board.

Global Warming Worse Than Expected
The Bush administration commissioned a report from the nation's leading scientists, as he develops a global strategy on global warming. The administration may not have been prepared for the results." from June 7, 2001 ABC NEWS. Regulators poised to sue wholesalers of electricity

Abstract:
Toward that end, the California Public Utilities Commission, Attorney General Bill Lockyer and the California Electricity Oversight Board are trying to prove out-of-state wholesalers illegally manipulated the market to create artificial supply shortages that have driven wholesale electricity prices as high as $1,900 per megawatt hour.

Gary Cohen, the PUC's general counsel, said the agency could file a civil suit against the wholesalers by the end of the month. Lockyer expects to wrap up his investigation late next month, at the earliest.

I was quite surprised and disappointed by the fact that you, as one who claims to be, promotes and markets yourself as a seeker of truth, are so out of touch with up to date and accurate facts and available information. You have a serious responsibility, to yourself, your immediate family, the thousands of people who listen to you during your broadcast, and everyone else, to do your homework and through research so that you can speak accurate information rather than spewing out misinformation which, although it may be what most of your listeners want to hear, only serves to support ignorance by ignoring and defying the truth and documented facts, and insisting on trying to make sense out of nonsense.

At this point you, those "1500 other scientist who signed another document saying that 'We really don't know whether we're into global warming or what causes global warming.'" and the rest of those of the same mind set, still have a choice about committing, in words and actions, to being a part of the solution and healing process rather than continuing to be a part of the problem - for whatever reason(s), which your recorded words and their "signed" documents confirm. As Dinah Shore said, "Lies will die and the truth will rise to the surface." at an accelerated pace these days. And, only the truth can set our souls, spirits and minds free.

But if you will actually read the report you will find that they cannot state conclusively the cause. i.e. man made or natural.

Apparently, you need to explain that to ABC News, their reporter, Terry Moran, and John Wallace of the National Academy of Sciences.

"A scientist who helped write the report says humans, through government policy, can determine how hot the planet gets."

"The biggest single factor that contributes to whether we're in the lower end of that range or the upper end of that range a century from now is the emissions," says John Wallace of the National Academy of Sciences. "And the emissions [is] a policy question."
